Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.Our Commitment
At Syntrix Labs, every product is handled with care and dispatched in pristine condition. Due to the nature of research compounds, our refund policy is strict but fair.
2.When We Refund
We will issue a full refund or replacement ONLY if:
- The product arrives physically damaged during shipping (broken vial, cracked pen, leaked contents)
- The product is incorrect (you received a different item than ordered)
- The package was never delivered (lost in transit, confirmed by courier)
3.When We Do Not Refund
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:
- Change of mind after dispatch
- Incorrect dosing or unsatisfactory personal results
- Products opened, used, or partially used
- Storage failures on your side (e.g. not refrigerated)
- Allergic or adverse reactions (products are for research use only)
- Delayed shipping due to courier issues beyond our control
4.How to Claim a Damaged-Product Refund
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product AND packaging
- Brief description of the damage

5.Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Replacements are dispatched within 2 business days of approval.
6.Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund ONLY if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — the standard refund policy applies.
7.Disputes
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested.
