Dispatch Times
All orders placed before 14:00 SAST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Times (within South Africa)
- Major Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Regional Areas (Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London, Polokwane, etc.): 2–3 business days
- Outlying Areas (smaller towns, rural addresses): 3–5 business days
Shipping Cost
- Inside Gauteng: R 200
- Outside Gauteng: R 300
- FREE shipping on orders over R 3,500
- Express overnight delivery: R 250 (where available)
Packaging
All products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with insulated materials where appropriate.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Track your parcel directly with the courier using the provided link.
Delivery Confirmation
A signature may be required on delivery. If no one is available, the courier will leave a notice and arrange redelivery or collection.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within South Africa. International orders are not accepted at this time.
Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to collect from the courier, a re-shipping fee of R 150 will apply.
